Hassle-Free Returns

If you order qualifies for a return fill the form in our return portal and, once accepted, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label, add it t your package and take it to a drop-off location.  Please note that the return label fee is USD$8 for US returns and it will be deducted from your refund. 

General Return policies

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • Returns of eligible for return items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Pre-paid shipping label is USD$8 and will be deducted from refund.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
  • International refund label costs will be paid by client.

Non returnable items:

  • Custom orders
  • Final sale items are non refundable

  • Please allow 2 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing.
  • If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you.
  • Allow 7 to 10 days for shipping.  Times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays. 
  • Taxes and Duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer.
  • Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
  • If your order is within the Miami area your order will be delivered by our driver.
